After Purchase and Before Delivery:
There are no cancellations allowed once purchase of musical instruments and accessories is made from our shop page. Strictly no refund will be given. But we do provide store credits in case the customer would like to purchase different products in case of changing your mind, you may send us an email at email@example.com to request a store credit for your purchased items.
After Purchase and After Delivery:
We only provide store credits if you would like to return your good(s) and you should be able to use your store credits to purchase new items from our shop page.

The shipping cost for books are $4 per delivery to all locations within Singapore.
The shipping cost for all other items are at a flat rate of $15 to all locations within Singapore.
You will enjoy free shipping on goods over $500.
Which couriers do you use?
We use our own delivery service, so we can make sure all our products are handles with care during the delivery period.
Do you deliver worldwide? If so what are the costs associated?
At the moment we only deliver to our Singapore customers.
6. Delivery Charge on Returning Goods
If the customer needs to return a good in the case of changing their mind, the consumer will need to pay for sending goods back to us. If the customer is returning a good to us due to defects or receiving incorrect good, LVL Music Academy will bear the cost of shipping.
7. Products Returned Exceeding the Cancellation Period
If the 7 days cancellation period has been exceeded, the customer will not be able to return a product.

The goods you have received are incorrect or having defects.
You have changed your mind and would like to purchase a different product(s). In this case you can return to us non damaged goods and request for store credits.
